The "Skinny" Mojito

A lighter, refreshing mojito using PHIZ club soda instead of soda water or tonic to keep the calories in check.

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz white rum
  • 1 oz fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 oz simple syrup or agave nectar
  • Fresh mint leaves (about 8-10)
  • PHIZ Club soda (to top)
  • Lime wedge and mint sprig (for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Muddle the mint leaves and simple syrup (or agave nectar) in the bottom of a glass.
  2. Fill the glass with ice.
  3. Add rum and lime juice.
  4. Top with PHIZ club soda and stir gently.
  5. Garnish with a lime wedge and mint sprig.
