Cucumber Gin and Tonic

A slightly more sophisticated variation of the classic, this version adds fresh cucumber for a crisp, herbal twist.

Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. Muddle a few cucumber slices in the bottom of a glass.
  2. Fill the glass with ice.
  3. Add gin and PHIZ tonic water.
  4. Stir gently and garnish with more cucumber slices and a lime wedge.
